Did you know that Hitler were involved in art? I know what youre thinking because I thought the same thing. No but seriously it turns out that Hitler and the men closest to him in the Nazi party were involved in art. Hitler the painter… if only he stuck with that profession.

Hitler was a good artist, he tend to dabble in painting and drawing. He was influenced by Vogner’s operas. I know this is also random but I always considered Hitler was a little bit of a designer. He was the one who gave the Nazi party there form. The colors red, black, and white I always considered them a bold and dangerous color pallet. Watching Nazi Solider scarring banners of those colors had such an impact. It’s very impressive to watch the party become one body. But what really sunk me into this film was the comparison of modern art and deformity of the human body. “Modern art and their artists are meant for the mad house”. To Hitler the idea of beauty was the image of perfect health. Here we understand that Hitler adored renaissance art. Well who can blame him I mean there is a lot of beauty in the human body I mean just look at the sculpture of David. But Hitler started applying that same mind set in everything only the deformity on the New Germany’s body was well the Jewish society. So who knew one man’s love for art and design was the heart of the Jewish destruction?
